“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Justin Boot Company Sales Representative Steve Perrett, long-time member of the Justin family. He was well loved and respected within the Western industry, beginning his career more than 40 years ago as a sales associate in our outlet store,” said Jamie Morgan, president of Justin Brands, Inc.  “His wit, humor and love for the brand helped build Justin into the company it is today.”

“Steve proudly represented our company in northern California as the consummate territory sales representative,” said Louis Russo, brand manager of Justin Boot Company. “He cared passionately about his customers and always put their needs and interests ahead of his own. Steve was a leader, friend and mentor among the sales force.

“With much sadness, we also announce the passing of longtime Justin Boot Company Sales Representative Danny Woodson, a member of the Justin Boot family for 35 years,” continues Morgan. “Danny’s territory covered Louisiana and he was part of an iconic sales team that was an integral part of building this company into what it is today. Danny and his wife, Sue, embraced the western lifestyle by being involved with the APHA and their family store, Ranchland, in Shreveport. He enjoyed life and loved his Justin family, and embraced the Western lifestyle, and life as a whole.”

Woodson’s hire date was December 12, 1977; he died in December 12, 2012, the anniversary of his 35th year.

Both Perrett and Woodson will be deeply missed by all.
